The point would be to demonstrate the plausibility of the tulpa being conscious while the body is unconscious in the first place. If anyone can demonstrate deliberate mental conscious and simultaneous physical unconsciousness, the point has been proven.
Just curiosity, i wanted to be sure about something...

look at this thread, it's crazy, and I believe very much that it was made by a troll. there's a comment here being made by a troll, people being absurd for the sake of it, trying to have a laugh at the expense of the community. Yet it's being taken pretty seriously.

It makes me wonder if there might be something going on in terms of "poes law". People who, through a war of attrition slowly make their questions into a reality of sorts, establishing tradition just by asking questions like the above and having them be seen by those who don't know any different.
Or maybe that isn't a troll, looking at their post history, they are pretty consistent in their posts. the comments, however, definitely have trolling going on.
You've kinda had a wonderland your whole life, so long as you've been imagining things

That's part of why I dislike the wonderland concept- it assigns a certain sense of specificity to what it is and isn't when it's really just your imagination
